Session 17 of the 2018 season: A true dawn patrol session

Highlights: Definitely a dawn patrol, by 7:00am I was out rigging my 7M kite, with short bar. By 7:15 I was on the water, again near epic OBX sound side conditions. A front was barreling down from the north with storms forecasted by 9:30 am we had a small window of opportunity so we hit it and timed it perfectly Craig joined me on his 9M and worked it until the storm front was just a few miles away.
TOB:  7:15-8:15
Gear:  7M pivot kite and TT
Surface conditions: OBX style
Wind:  20-30 mph SW
Weather:  A warm 65ish morning, cloudy with a forecasted front coming through by 9:30. Which came in on scheduled and cooled temperatures into the 50s
