Metrobeach Rodeo - Kitesurfing at 25-42 mph (wind speed)
A survival course in gusty blasts of wind with the 7M and TT board.
Good side on SSW wind direction with 20 miles of fetch, but so gusty.
Slashing 4 foot swells generally resulted in engulfing oneself with a spray of cold water.
Jumping was unpredictable.
Made it work, all was fun and unusually sunny, warm, 60ish air temperatures, winds were SSW from 15 to 42mph.
About 20 kiters at the peak.
Gear: 7M with TT
Winds: 15-42 SSW
Weather: Sunny, warm, mid-60s
TOW: 1.5 hours
