Gear:  11M Naish kite
TOB:  3:00-4:30 non-stop action                
Winds: 10-20 mph from the SE  
Weather: thick overcast, 32ish with a light dusting of snow
Surface:   minimum of 2-3 inches of powder on glassy ice
