Session 7 of the 2018 season: Cass Lake with steady SW winds and a lack of snow cover

Gear:    11M Z1 kite and TT

Surface conditions:     1-2 inches of powder to windblown bare ice

Wind:   steady 15-20 from the SW

Weather:  25° , bluebird day

Highlights: Started out with decent conditions but the steady winds scoured most of the freshies into drifts leaving icy bare spots.

Session 10 of the 2017 snowkite season: Cass Lake better then expected

TOB:  2:45 - 5:00 (2 hours and 15 minutes)
Gear:   13M Z kite
Water Conditions:  (snow conditions)  wind blown packed snow
Weather:  overcast/hazy day near 30 degrees
Wind: winds to 20 from the S-SW
Highlights: better then expected session, some good boosting and carving, looping the kite during the lulls

Day 20 of the 2014 season: Cass Lake swap and Windsurfing

The Cass Lake swap was great, add a little wind to make it excellent.
Sailed the 5.5 on 100 liters for an hour and a half on Cass Lake.
Marysville type of wind conditions with Pamlico Sound flat water conditions. Was able to do hero jibes on both shores with the shallow flat water, reminiscing of Marysville.
Good to see all the windsurfing folks. And joined in with a few locals of Cass Lake and Brian and Jennie for a fun WS session.
