The most dangerous launch I ever did. Launching 40 feet upwind from the busy Sanibel causeway.(Sanibel Plaza) with cars and trucks wizzing by at 45-55 mph.
Overall a marginal 13m day. Nice venue with shallow water everywhere and directly onshore breeze. The warm water felt good for a change.
Nice crowd of 12-15 kiters and 3-4 WS with 12-19m kites being used.
Finally about 2:30 the wind lightened up to 17-19m level.
Gear: 13M Z Kite and TT board
TOB: 12:00 - 2:00
Winds: South breezes, on-shore 10-25mph
Weather: Sunny, hot mid-80s
Surface: shallow, mainly flat water venue
